Unable to Signin to Moodle (Error Code 500)
When I attempt to signin to Moodle using my Microsoft credentials I get a - CAS is unable to process this request: "500:Internal Server Error.
Answer
This error message can be removed by following the steps below:
1. Within your browser of choice, go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf to clear the cached credentials.
2. When prompted to pick a Microsoft Account select the Use another Account Method. See the Image below:
3. Put your Full Whittier College email address and then press Next
4. Put in your Microsoft Account password. The password field will not accept your MyWhittier password. Employees will already have a Microsoft account and password created. If you are a student without a password, please follow the steps at Entra ID Setup Guide - Students : to setup your password and multifactor authentication.
