Moodle won't let me log in. What could be the problem?

Your Moodle log-in is the same username and password that you use to log-in to MyWhittier. The system is case sensitive; It recognizes the difference between an upper-case letter and a lower-case letter. Double check that the CAPS LOCK key is off.
If your problem persists, use MyWhittier to go through the "forgot password" steps and try logging in again with the new password you create. If you still cannot log in, please contact Whittier Information Technology Services at 562.907.4287 or in person at the IT Helpdesk on the first floor of the library.
