If you are looking for a journal article that the Wardman Library does not have access to, you can submit a request through ILL (Interlibrary Loan).

Before you submit your ILL request, please make sure to double check that the Library does not have access to it through these different sources:

  • If you have the full citation, check our Journals A-Z by searching for the journal title. If full text is available electronically, you can follow the link to the database containing the journal.
  • Check Google Scholar by searching for the article title. Articles that are available for free online will have a pdf/html link to the right of the search result:

*Some pdf/html links will only appear to the right of the search results when connected to the Whittier College internet server.

If the article is not available from either of these sources then make an Interlibrary Loan request.
