If you're a faculty member of Whittier College, you can request books and movies to be placed on reserve by filling out the Course Reserve form, printing, and turning it in to a library staff member.

Placing an item on reserve ensures that a resource you want your class to be able to use will be shared. The items you place on reserve can only be checked out for 2 hours at a time for books and 4 hours at a time for DVDs. Reserves are for library use only and cannot be taken out of the building.

Students can make copies or scan the pages they need if they require more time with a portion of the text. Films can be watched using one of the desktop Macs on the Library's first floor or on compatible laptops and media players available for checkout (subject to availability).
